Q: What do you do with my data?

A: We only use your data for the processing of your order and do not pass anything on to anyone else.

Q: What happens when I order tickets?
|
A: We receive your order and you get an automatic reply (make a print copy to be sure) with our account details etc. When your payment is received you will get an email from telling you that your tickets will be sent or, in the case of eTickets, are waiting at the box office for you (only on the vening of the concert). Payments must be made withing 7 working days otherwise we will cancel your order. You will receive a mail telling you that you order is cancelled.

Q: What happens when I choos the following payment options?

A: Bank Transfer: Fill out a transfer form at your bank and do not forget your name or
A: Pay at Delivery: This option is only open to people with a German address. You order the tickets and pay the postman.

Q: What is an eTicket?
|
A: If you want to save on postage then you can order an eTicket that you print out yourself. Providing we have received payment (and we do check) show a printout of your order at the venue box office on the evening of the concert together with a valid official photo ID (passport, driving licence etc.). To be really sure then bring a copy of the payment as well.

Q: Was is the difference between a Ticket and a Voucher?
|
A: Sometimes we only receive tickets shortly before the concert so we send out vouchers instead. Just show your voucher at the venue box office to gain entrance.

Q: How old do I have to be to visit a concert?
|
A: Children under 6 even with their parents is not allowed. Children between 6 and 14 are only allowed in if accompanied by an adult.

Q: Can I take my camera into a concert?
|
A: NO. Sound, film and video recording is generally not allowed and in some cases is also a crime. You also cannot take glass containers, cans, large objects, fireworks of any sort or animals (except guide dogs) in a concert. The right of admission is reserved
